Maven Associates - A Brief Introduction

Maven is a boutique consultancy specialising in Business Process Management (BPM) and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). We offer a rare combination of expertise in both the business and technological aspects of these disciplines built on a strong practical foundation.

When we were naming our company we wanted to find a name that carried some extra meaning. We felt Maven fitted the bill perfectly as it describes an individual who is an expert in their field, but more than that, they seek to pass on their knowledge to others. Maven describes both what we are and how we work.

Maven consultants have experience across many IT disciplines ranging from business analysis through to design of operational support. We are also experienced across many sectors ranging from finance, through retail to public sector.  The Maven team has many years of practical experience solving business challenges through careful adoption of technology led solutions. Such solutions commonly instigate change in the wider institution and so we are skilled in helping our clients implement change in a non-disruptive manner, both technologically but also organisationally.
